Jeremy Doan, MAcc, CA

Jeremy received his Bachelor of Accounting with Honours degree from Brock University in 2004. He was a Dean's Medallist for the Faculty of Business and received a Distinguished Graduating Student Award in accounting. Jeremy also completed his Masters of Accountancy at Brock University in 2004. On his way to receiving his CA designation in 2004, Jeremy also placed on the national honour roll for the Uniform Evaluation (UFE). He now teaches tax at Brock University part time and specializes in personal and corporate tax planning.

Jeremy commenced employment with Crawford, Smith and Swallow as an accounting co-op student while working towards his Honours Bachelor of Accounting Degree, which he received from Brock University in 2004. Upon graduation Jeremy was honoured to receive the Dean's Medal from the Faculty of Business and the Distinguished Student Award in accounting. He then went on to complete the Brock University Masters of Accounting Degree program in 2005 and upon graduation received the Distinguished Graduate Student Award. On his way to receiving his CA designation in 2005, Jeremy placed on the national honour roll for his performance on the Uniform Evaluation examinations.

Jeremy has since completed the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants In-Depth tax course and now specializes in Taxation.

He lives in the Niagara Region where he was born and raised. When Jeremy is not serving the clients of the firm he can most likely be found on one of Niagara's many fine golf courses. Jeremy is also a tax instructor at Brock University and an examination evaluator for the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario School of Accountancy.
